Built for Saudi industry.
Sila is a procurement automation company based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. Two founders, one mission: make industrial procurement work the way it should — fast, transparent, and documented.
The mission
Industrial companies in Saudi Arabia run procurement through email threads, chat groups, and spreadsheets. The established procurement suites exist, but they were built for very large teams and English-language workflows. They do not fit the KSA mid-market.
Sila exists to close that gap. We build AI-powered procurement automation specifically for KSA industrial enterprises. Arabic and English. Connected to your existing ERP. Verified against ZATCA, Maroof, and MLSD.
We started with a simple observation: 65% of procurement team time goes to tasks that can be automated. Quote collection, comparison, PO generation, approval routing — these are process steps, not strategic decisions. AI should handle them. Humans should make the decisions that matter.
Part of the Vision 2030 story
Saudi Arabia is building the most ambitious industrial infrastructure in its history. Giga-project construction, mining expansion, and the downstream petrochemical build-out need procurement at a scale and speed that manual processes cannot deliver.
Sila is part of this story. We enable Saudi companies to procure at the speed Vision 2030 demands, with the compliance and transparency the new Saudi economy requires.
